• Set up the site, welfare and storage compound, install secure timber hoarding, painted with display boards, site safety signage, and temporary lighting and information boards.

• Asbestos Works.

• Install tree protection, secure timber protection casing of the street front metal railings, walls and piers.

• Enabling alterations to services to allow main building to function

• Demolition works.

• Temporary protection of Main Building.

• Construction of extension.

• Reconfiguration and refurbishment of existing building including external cladding and sound proofing.

• External hard and soft landscaping.
