Kneller Pavilion

Refurbishment Works including the creation of a snacks kiosk, relocation of public toilets, mechanical and electrical works, public health sanitaryware and below drainage, insulating walls and roof, external over cladding and re-roofing works.

The Pavilion was located within Kneller Park which is open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Pavilion was a single story building with a footprint of circa 95m2. The area immediately surrounding the Pavilion is parkland and the Park is surrounded by residential dwellings.
